I’m a little late joining, but I’m going to participate in the Weekend Warriors challenge over at SoLongFatAss’s site.

I have to pick 2 to 3 measurable goals for the weekend – so here they are:

  1. Workout for at least 45 minutes 2x this weekend
  2. Cook a healthy dinner at least 1 night
  3. Eat a healthy breakfast Saturday & Sunday (I’m usually terrible about b-fast on the weekends).
